Nesting Line with Printer

It is composed by a CNC machining centre that incorpores a telescopic charger on the machine’s entrance, and this charger has a labels printer that places them on the panel automatically before being mechanized.

This charger is telescopic, so we can put a boards package on and automatically, it will feed the machining centre that, simultaneously to the discharge and martyr cleaning, will place a new panel on the machine to be mechanized.

On the machining centr’s exit we have a band table were we will have the labeled, cut and drilled pieces.

Nesting Line + Plater

It is composed by a CNC machining centre that incorpores a telescopic charger on the machine’s entrance, and this charger has a labels printer that places them on the panel automatically before being mechanized.

This charger is telescopic, so we can put a boards package on and automatically, it will feed the machining centre that, simultaneously to the discharge and martyr cleaning, will place a new panel on the machine to be mechanized.

At the machining cetre’s exit we have a band tape and a Goliat manipulator that, if required, will turn the piece and will feed an electronic corners plater that, according to the information facilitate on the piece’s bars code, will choose the correct corner and will be adjusted to the piece’s thickness that, at the plater’s exit will return to the origin where, according to the needs, will go back to the plater, or will be stacked on a pallet to terminate the process.
